February 12th, 2007 by SteveOn February 8th, Representative Joe Sestak (D, PA-7) introduced H.R. 960, a bill mandating the removal of almost all U.S. troops from Iraq by December 31st, 2007, and cutting off funding for operations beyond this date. It currently has 3 cosponsors: Bob Brady (D, PA-1), Steve Cohen (D, TN-9), and Carol Shea-Porter (D, NH-1). It is very important that our men and women come home safely as soon as possible and we end our disastrous involvement in this fiasco. Contact your representative and let them know you want them to support HR 960; if they already support it, thank them. We need to try our hardest to bring an end to this war.
